With an eye toward preparing for the future, Partners In Development Foundation enrolled the leadership of its various programs in a workshop series that consisted of 10 all-day sessions spanning a period of 4 months.
Facilitated by Glenn Furuya of Leadership Works the series called Leadership Island Style was a comprehensive course that brought together our program managers and, with professionals from other well-known island companies, learned the finer points of successfully increasing individual and organizational performance.
Proud of his management staff for completing the course, Jan Dill President of PIDF (and himself an alumnus) said, “Partners in Development Foundation is committed to strengthening the professional and personal skills of our employees. In Leadership Works and the work of Glenn Furuya we’ve found an important training tool to prepare our staff for success in managing our work with the children, families and communities we serve.
