Workshop for Ka Pa‘alana’s Kama‘ehu

 On Tuesday, March 16, 2010, Tech Together provided a workshop for Ka Pa‘alana’s Kama‘ehu program at Kalaeloa.  Working hand-in-hand with their staff, Tech Together’s Tim Fulkerson, Dawn Shin, Julius Ludovico, Kurt Kmett and Myra Taumanupepe provided hands-on projects to youngsters ranging in age from five to sixteen.  Projects included generator boards, series and parallel circuits, and making and racing solar cars.  The Kama‘ehu students were very enthusiastic, listened to instructions, and completed their projects.  Both programs worked well together to put on an activity that was enjoyed by all.
