Families and keiki in need benefit from a day of Hope

Ka Pa‘alana - (Tue) August 7, 2012



On Saturday, July 28, 2012, PIDF’s Ka Pa‘alana program participated in the Convoy of Hope at Kalaeloa Fairgrounds.  The event brought together churches, businesses, private/public service providers, community health agencies and non-profit organizations in an effort to meet the needs of underprivileged and homeless families in the area and to educate them on the many services available on the Leeward Coast. 

The event also provided families with free haircuts, bags of groceries, and much-needed school supplies.
