Administrative Assistant

Program: Tūtū and Me (Ka‘u)
Reports To: Site Manager

Primary Responsibility:
Maintenance of general office duties, assist in collection and organization of documentation on contract activities, assist in community relations/management of media output.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides day to day office support to teams and Site Manager.
  • Keeps records of staff attendance.
  • Answers phone and attend to the needs of program participants.
  • Acts as a liaison between PID and program staff.
  • Responsible for majority of program accounts payable.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business administration or related field and experience in administrative work preferred.
  • Working knowledge of main personal computer software applications such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe required.
  • Experience in basic office management.
