Administrative Assistant (PT)
Program: Tūtū and Me (Kona)
Reports To: Site Manager
Hours: Part Time, 30 hours per week
Primary Responsibility:
Maintenance of general office duties, assist in collection and organization of documentation on contract activities, assist in community relations/management of media output.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides day to day office support to teams and Site Manager.
- Keeps records of staff attendance.
- Answers phone and attend to the needs of program participants.
- Acts as a liaison between PID and program staff.
- Responsible for majority of program accounts payable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in business administration or related field and experience in administrative work preferred.
- Working knowledge of main personal computer software applications such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe required.
- Experience in basic office management.
