A Visit to Kualoa Ranch

Foster children and their families were treated to a day at Kualoa Ranch. Sponsored by Kualoa Ranch, Heart Gallery Hawaii, and Project Visitation, 150 children and 150 adults gathered at the ranch on November 10th, 2007. Ranch activities, such as bus tours of the ranch & movie sets, horse rides for the kiddies, histories of the ranch in the movie theater, and visits to a petting zoo, were available for families to enjoy throughout the day. Heart Gallery Hawaii photographers were available to take portrait photos for foster children, and volunteers from the foster care community provided games and activities for the children.
