Dawn Lui

Quality Assurance Manager

A graduate of Kailua High School, Ms. Lui went on to attend Honolulu Community College, and Phillips College – Augusta, Georgia; She received certification from the Institute of Cultural Affairs: Group Facilitation Methods.

She has experience in grant writing methods, program management development, human resources training, and management training.

Her practical work experiences include Administrative Assistant, Hawai‘i –Island Site Administrator, Statewide Operations Manager, and now Quality Assurance Manager.

Dawn also serves as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Imiola Congregational Church on the island of Hawai‘i.
