Gail S. Omoto
Director of Research, Evaluation and Development
Raised on the Hawaiian island of Moloka‘i, Ms. Omoto has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Arts & Sciences from the University of Southern California, and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, from California State University. Gail has over 20 years experience in early childhood education, and led the Tūtū and Me program through its inception and development. She is the married mother of two girls, is co-author of two children’s books, and her dream is that every child have an opportunity to receive a good educational foundation, and experiences that instill values and the love for learning very early in life.
